The unit has two single screw extruders or a single screw and parallel twin-screw extruder main body co extruded, and then passed through a hydraulic screen changer, mold, shaping machine, primary traction machine, annealing furnace, cooling box, secondary traction machine, cross cutting machine, and conveyor, providing a complete set of production equipment for many domestic and foreign enterprises. In the industry, the initial O-shaped hollow structure was changed to a rice shaped, V-shaped, N-type, cross shaped, etc., and finally changed to a cross shaped structure. 2. Introduction of PP Hollow Cross Section Plate Line
1. Good water resistance. Even if it is completely soaked in water for several days, it will not deform due to moisture. Acid and alkali resistant, corrosion-resistant, and will not rot or rust, especially suitable for use in damp environments such as basement engineering, highway and railway bridge piers.
2. Not compatible with cement, sticky, easy to demold after construction, and will not deform due to cement adhesion.
3. The surface of the plastic template is smooth, shiny, and does not require the application of release agents, reducing cleaning and maintenance costs. The surface of the building constructed with it is smooth and flat, without the need for secondary decoration.
